Reiki
Charlene has actively coached individuals and groups for over 15 years in creating and manifesting their goals in all areas of life; relationships, work, spiritual growth and guiding them to find their true passion. Charlene is always seeking to learn new modalities and as such she recently completed the Advanced NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapy programs which add vital skills to her coaching practice. She is also an advanced Reiki and Theta Healing Practitioner. She has found that she has a true affinity for Reiki which balances life energies, provides stress reduction and relaxation and triggers the body’s natural healing abilities as well as improving and maintaining health. Reiki is also beneficial for animals. Charlene earned a B.S. in Human Services Administration at the College of Notre Dame in Belmont. She is a transplant from Michigan and currently lives in the Bay Area with two spaniels.
